Feeling sick on Christmas

I don't think I have ever been sick on Christmas day before but this year was the lucky year I guess. I not only have a pretty bad cold that has been lingering for what feels like forever but now I have to go to the doctor and get checked for a stomach ulcer too, after throwing up blood the night after Christmas. Ugh! Luckily I'm not having any stomach pains at all and I haven't thrown up since. What a year it's been. I told Nate that it wouldn't be that surprising if this stomach ulcer did show up due to stress, especially with it being this time of year. I've been a bit worried and nervous about my externship as well because it's only three weeks away too. There has been a lot on my mind lately. Hopefully everything will be fine and I can get my insurance as soon as possible, go to the doctor and deal with this stomach ulcer and I'll be great during my externship and (knock on wood) get a job from my extern site after completing my extern hours. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
